Q-MANTIC ^® H Polyimide Film is a common polyimide film achieved by polycondensation of PMDA and ODA in strong polar solvents and through the process of forming film and lamination treatment at high temperature, which possesses excellent physical, chemical and electrical properties, atomic radiation resistant, solvent resistant, low & high temperature resistant. It performs successfully in the wide range of temperatures as low as -269ºC/-752F and as high as 400ºC/752F. Because of its unique excellent properties, it is the most ideal choice in many applications.

MAF01 is close to Kapton® Type HN. Here we supply 25um-250um H grade Polyimide Film produced by casting method, as well as over 250um polyimide sheet which is laminated by several layers polyimide film. Max. length of MAF01 is 1040mm. It is VTM-0 UL approved with excellent flame resistance. It is a lightweight, flexible polymer based material for electrical insulation, automotive, heaters, bar code labels, pressure sensitive tape, loudspeaker components, high-density electronic interconnects, high-temperature mechanical seals.

Packing and Storage

■ Min. slitting width: 6mm
■ Core ID: 3” / 6”
■ Storage: Keep in room temperature. Remove package before use. Unused parts are wrapped in original packaging to avoid moisture absorption. It is recommended to be used up in 6 months.
